Ellen is responsible for managing the office and addressing the immediate needs of our clients.

Cinda, our Buyer Specialist, works with our buyers that call in on ads, signs and the web sites Cinda has been working with Carol and "The Moson Group" since 1998. Cinda is a valuable member of the team.

Carol Moson is ALWAYS available and all of our clients are given her cell phone number. Carol services listings and the marketing of the homes and works with a strong referral base of buyers. If you are selling your home and purchasing another, you will be working with Carol for both transactions. Carol does not believe in taking the listing or making the sale and disappearing until the closing. There are a tremendous amount of details that need to be taken care of during the selling and buying process and Carol is very "hands on" from beginning to end! We also have a strong team of mortgage lenders, closing attorneys and general office staff that all contribute to your real estate transaction being seamless.

What else should you know about Carol?
Carol believes strongly in giving back and volunteers in both the Real Estate industry and community by serving on committees, chairing committees and was recently chosen to serve as a director for the Cobb Association of Realtors and the Georgia Association of Realtors. Both of these positions are ones that are voted on by her peers. This shows the level of respect that Carol has attained. Carol is also on top of all governmental issues that protect homeowners, businesses and private property rights and will be the Chairperson for that committee (RPAC - Realtor Political Action Committee for 2005 and 2006.

Carol contributes to the community by volunteering for M.U.S.T., supporting the Marietta YWCA, Children's Miracle Network, Toys for Tots, Abused and Abandoned children and several other causes. Carol is also a member of the Cobb Chamber of Commerce.

Expensive homes must receive exposure to the appropriate market. Our common goal is to get your home sold in the shortest amount of time, with the least amount of stress and for the best possible price.
 
When purchasing a home . . .
You will be privileged to all the latest tools that bring you up to the minute homes on the market. Many people use Realtor.com to search for homes and although it does allow you to do a search it is not updated on a regular basis. What then happens is you are actually viewing homes that have already been sold or are no longer on the market. Carol's systems automatically e-mail listings as they come new to the market or have adjustments in price that bring them to the range you are looking in. This system will allow you to search on your own as well so when you feel like just signing on to see what else is out there you will be free to do so.
